DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

We're seeking a tech savvy, data-driven Director of Marketing & Advertising to manage our online presence and spearhead our marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visitor interest, increasing ticket sales, and elevating the brand reputation of our Hollywood Wax Museum and other attractions in four U.S. tourist markets. The position will be responsible for full-funnel digital acquisition end-to-end.

The position is based in Thousand Oaks, CA, with hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed-Thurs in office). Min 7-10+ years in marketing/advertising including min 3-5+ years managing digital ad programs. Specific background in B2C marketing & advertising with proven results is key. Experience in attractions, ticketing, admissions, venues, location-based entertainment, or tourism is a plus.                                                                  Senior Project Estimator (Expat to Japan)                                                                                     Generates project estimates for all projects ranging from new attractions, retail, restaurants, and resort hotels to entirely new theme parks. Completes subsequent estimating activities as projects progress through design and construction, to compare to budget. Manages the estimating process for large scopes of work. Responsible for all components of the project including Facility, Show, Ride, Soft Costs and other project costs.                                                                                   Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management                                                                                                                                      7+ years’ on-site construction and estimating experience on retail, food, hotel, theme parks and themed entertainment projects,       MUST HAVE knowledge of show and ride estimating, and facility impacts required. 10+ years’ on-site construction and estimating experience for owners and/or contractors for in the Resort/Entertainment field of commercial   construction

                                                  Manager, Architecture and Engineering Design-Orlando                                                                          Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project.  Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/ show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, degree is required. Licensed Architect or Engineer Required.                                                                                                                                                   7+ years’ required Turn-key projects experience, specifically within the entertainment/theme park industry. Supervisory and contract/vendor management experience.  Hand and Computer drawing, and drafting skills required. Experience with AUTO CADD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and PowerPoint
