Senior Facility Construction Project Manager

(Project Based Role)-New York City

2+ years-with relocation

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management,

You have demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and the ability to interpret design drawings and specs.

You bring 8+ Years of proven experience in the development and design/construction management of major projects within the hospitality(Themed Restaurant or Retail)/entertainment/themed development industries. You are skilled in effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations and in leading and facilitating meetings. You bring strong experience creating, understanding, managing, and adhering to project budgets, schedules, and milestones. You bring strong experience in crafting, negotiating, and managing contracts of various forms and sizes as are needed to fit the respective work. Experience using scheduling software such as P6, Planera, or similar.         

Experience managing themed entertainment projects and/or hospitality development projects. Strong MEP skills. Google Suite, Microsoft Office AirTable or other similar Project Database experience

                                                              Manager, Architecture and Engineering Design-Orlando                                                     Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project.  Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/ show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, degree is required. Licensed Architect or Engineer Required.                                                                                                                                                   7+ years’ required Turn-key projects experience, specifically within the entertainment/theme park industry. Supervisory and contract/vendor management experience.  Hand and Computer drawing, and drafting skills required. Experience with AUTO CADD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and PowerPoint

                                                    Manager, Ride & Show – Ride Mechanical Systems (Expat to Japan)                                     Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.                                                                                                                                            Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field required.                                                                                                                     5+ years’ experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s) required.                                                                       3+ years vendor management experience required;

                                                Senior Manager, Ride/Show Engineering – Ride Systems-Singapore                                                Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.                                                                                    Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field                                                                                                                                    7+ Yrs: Required experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s).                                                                           5+ Years: Required Vendor Management experience with significant in-field installation related experience                               7+ Years: Required related experience.
