Principal Project Planner Scheduler
Provides complex planning and scheduling support to executive management in lead capacity of planning/scheduling responsibilities at the Portfolio, PMO, or land level development project assignments. Supports the project team with planning and schedule development on large multi-disciplined program(s)/project(s) throughout the entire project life cycle spectrum from concept development through turnkey completions, consistent with project needs and appropriate policies and procedures. Scope of planning and scheduling responsibilities include development/establishment of program/project schedules, facility, area development designs, building construction, show/ride production, installation, and commissioning stages.
Manager-Construction Facility Design
Organize and establish effective Project management; coordinate and manage creative design decisions and construction document production; minimize change orders during construction phases; effectively manage changes in the Project; where possible improve the Project schedule and budget; insure quality design and construction work; emphasize “hands-on” management of field operations; Provides engineering direction, guidance, oversight and acts as the SME for the design, and constructability of one or more of the following disciplines Facility Mechanical, Electrical, BMS/FAC, Plumbing and Civil systems resort wide, from infrastructure concept design through vertical build out of all MEP systems.
8+ years of experience working in either design/engineering, construction management or construction firms dealing both with entertainment design and construction management; also experience dealing with large scale construction projects along or with experience in working in various positions with a general contractor dealing with estimating, budgeting, bidding, field experience dealing with all aspects of projects required. Hotels/Resorts/Commercial Building Background Required
Manager, System Integration – Advanced Technology and Interactives
Technical contributor for developing world class, never-been-done-before experiences using multiple advanced hardware and software technologies. This team member is responsible for ideating, developing, managing the development of, testing, and commissioning hardware and software systems as well as leading efforts to evaluate and standardize the ways in which teams, platforms, and components communicate to deliver an epic and reliable experience for our guests and team members.
Manage the hardware/software integration process from conception to final release. Contribute to planning, budgeting, and design and implementation of applications, systems, and components
10+ years managing internal and/or external team(s) delivering hardware components 5+ years of hardware and software development
3+ years of experience with Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality system
3+ years of experience within the Theme Park/Amusement industry preferred
Sr. Project Estimator
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineer. Master’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred.-5-10 years’ on-site construction and estimating experience on retail, food, hotel, theme parks and themed entertainment projects, knowledge of show and ride estimating, and facility impacts required 10-15 years’ on-site construction and estimating experience for owners and/or contractors for in the Resort/Entertainment field of commercial construction
Manager-Networks Systems
Oversee the design, implementation and testing of the networking systems that comprise the backbone communications infrastructure for a Theme Park Attraction’s ride/show and standard (enterprise) networks. Activities include project management, designing, installation supervision, commissioning, acceptance testing
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
5-10 years of IT networking experience.
5-10 years of experience with safety and standard PLC control systems and control systems communications networks.
Experience with large network integrations with multiple levels of safety and security requirements. Industrial control networking experience is also required. Experience with audio, video and lighting systems network integration and design.
Sr. Manager-Engineering and Safety-Rockwork BSME (PE)-8-10 years exp/5-7 years Vendor Management in-field installation exp/Contract Law and Practices in Theme Park of Construction. Rockwork experience
Sr. Engineer Show Systems/MEP **HOT POSITION-NEEDS TO BE FILLED ASAP Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field required. Advanced degrees preferred./ 7+ years’ experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s) required Manager-Ride/Show Engineering-Rockwork Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering/ 7-10 years overall experience/ 3-5 years: Vendor Management experience with significant in-field installation related experience./ 3-5 years contract management and practices in the theme park and/or construction industries.
