DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

We're seeking a tech savvy, data-driven Director of Marketing & Advertising to manage our online presence and spearhead our marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visitor interest, increasing ticket sales, and elevating the brand reputation of our Hollywood Wax Museum and other attractions in four U.S. tourist markets. The position will be responsible for full-funnel digital acquisition end-to-end.

The position is based in Thousand Oaks, CA, with hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed-Thurs in office). Min 7-10+ years in marketing/advertising including min 3-5+ years managing digital ad programs. Specific background in B2C marketing & advertising with proven results is key. Experience in attractions, ticketing, admissions, venues, location-based entertainment, or tourism is a plus.                                                               Manager, Architecture and Engineering Design-Orlando                                                     Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project.  Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/ show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, degree is required. Licensed Architect or Engineer Required.                                                                                                                                                   7+ years’ required Turn-key projects experience, specifically within the entertainment/theme park industry. Supervisory and contract/vendor management experience.  Hand and Computer drawing, and drafting skills required. Experience with AUTO CADD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and PowerPoint

                                                    Manager, Ride & Show – Ride Mechanical Systems (Expat to Japan)                                     Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.                                                                                                                                            Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field required.                                                                                                                     5+ years’ experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s) required.                                                                       3+ years vendor management experience required;

                                                Senior Manager, Ride/Show Engineering – Ride Systems-Singapore                                                Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.                                                                                    Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field                                                                                                                                    7+ Yrs: Required experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s).                                                                           5+ Years: Required Vendor Management experience with significant in-field installation related experience                               7+ Years: Required related experience.
