 MANAGER, PROJECT ACCOUNTING- REMOTE

Location: Remote, Candidate must reside in one of the following markets: Santa Fe, NM; Denver, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Houston or Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA.

Job Summary:                                                                                                                                                                                                  The Manager, Project Accounting is responsible for managing Project Accountants and providing oversight for the project financial activities, such as projections, budget and actual costs. You will work with the Creative and Studio teams, developing budgets and means for tracking costs on those efforts that have potential to be construction projects. You will ensure projects go through our financial and cost management system (Workday) and review scope and payment terms for all contracts relating to the projects. This role reports to the CFO, and together you will develop a comprehensive database from past projects to assist in the improvement of the accuracy of project budgeting on all projects. Lead the project accounting team and be responsible for project budget forecasting and project cash flows. Liaise with FP&A department to ensure capital expenses, capital labor and all project related operating expenses are accurately captured in financial reporting systems.    Work closely with project/program managers, estimators, and purchasing to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling, and coordination processes run smoothly. Oversee AD&P and other Exhibition development departments and the creation of proper expense trackers, resources and support. Estimate responsibilities for conceptual projects prior to, and in Blue Sky Phase to develop initial costs for business unit financial analysis.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineer in related business fields is required. Master’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration preferred. CPA preferred. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Must have 7+ years of construction/ theme park experience in retail, hotel, theme parks and themed attractions projects, knowledge of Tenants Improvements (TI), attraction/exhibition (themed environments) estimating, and facility impact costing required. Must have strong knowledge of Workday and Microsoft applications to create reports and present information in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of cost management software is preferred. Able to maintain and track separate project accounts. Senior Manager of Estimating, Project Controls-SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO

The Senior Manager of Estimating, Project Controls will oversee the estimating function for all projects across their full lifecycle, from early ideation through design, construction, and delivery. This leader will develop, manage, and scale a high-performing estimating team within the Project Controls division. The role is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and comprehensive project cost estimates, integrating risk and market analysis, and ensuring consistency across all projects. Lead the estimating function within the Project Controls division, ensuring accurate project estimates across all phases. Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of estimators and consultants.

10+ years of experience in estimating or cost control in construction, themed entertainment, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven leadership experience in managing estimating teams and processes. Deep understanding of project controls, estimating methodologies, cost systems, and industry best practices. Proven ability to balance multiple complex projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities. Proficiency with automated cost systems, risk analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with construction, themed entertainment, attractions, or large-scale multidisciplinary projects.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-ORLANDO, FL

Responsible for managing all stages of construction to include ensuring all construction objectives and standards are met, finding solutions to problems as they arise, ensuring all equipment and materials are available on-site as needed, interfacing with city, county and governmental reviewers and inspectors, managing the relationship with general contractors and direct vendors, coordinating with creative and ride/show staff to deliver an integrated project, partnering with project management and the facility design team to ensure timely construction development, and ensuring project(s) are completed on time and within budget.                                                                                                                                       BS in Engineering or Construction Management                                                                                                                                               7+ years’ relevant construction/project management experience. Previous experience with turnkey projects, specifically within the theme park/entertainment industry Practical construction knowledge with proven experience as a builder superintendent or construction manager and working with GC’S, vendors and contractors.

                                                                         DIRECTOR-PROJECTS-UK OR BEIJING

Responsible for directing and managing all aspects necessary for the development of Major Attraction Projects, including all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the attraction within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.                                  Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management.    15+ Years: of experience in the development and management of major projects with hospitality/entertainment/theme park experience. The planning horizon is three years.  Planning requires knowledge of in-depth division operating plan and understanding of overall Company goals.  Responsible for management of standard policies and procedures within a major function and may coordinate work processes across divisions.  Accountable for divisional key performance indicators

                                                              Manager, Architecture and Engineering Design-Orlando                                                     Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project.  Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/ show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, degree is required. Licensed Architect or Engineer Required.                                                                                                                                                   7+ years’ required Turn-key projects experience, specifically within the entertainment/theme park industry. Supervisory and contract/vendor management experience.  Hand and Computer drawing, and drafting skills required. Experience with AUTO CADD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and PowerPoint

                                                    Manager, Ride & Show – Ride Mechanical Systems (Expat to Japan)                                     Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of show and ride systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.                                                                                                                                            Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field required.                                                                                                                     5+ years’ experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s) required.                                                                       3+ years vendor management experience required;

                                                Senior Manager, Ride/Show Engineering – Ride Systems-Singapore                                                Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.                                                                                    Bachelor’s degree in an applicable technical field                                                                                                                                    7+ Yrs: Required experience in theme park specific technical/engineering role(s).                                                                           5+ Years: Required Vendor Management experience with significant in-field installation related experience                               7+ Years: Required related experience.
